WVJT, Inc. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations WXCF-AM and WXCF-FM, licensed to Clifton Forge, VA, from Impact Broadcasting, Inc.*
WVJT, Inc. is headed by Todd Robinson. Mr. Robinson's other broadcast interests include: WKEY-AM and WIQO-FM, licensed to Covington, VA, WKCJ-FM, licensed to Lewisburg, WV, WSLW-AM, licensed to White Sulphur Springs, WV, 50% of KHRN-FM, licensed to Huron, CA, KZID-FM, licensed to Orofino, ID, WUSP- FM, licensed to Nekoosa, WI, and KTKE-FM, licensed to Truckee, CA.
Impact Broadcasting is headed by Gerry Gimmel who has no other broadcast interests.
Stephan Sloan and Bill Whitley were the exclusive brokers in this transaction.
