Four R Broadcasting Inc. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KDCD-FM and KMDX-FM , licensed to San Angelo, Texas from Regency Broadcasting Inc. for $1,500,000.*
Frank DeFrancesco is president of Four R Broadcasting and also has interests in radio stations in Portales and Clovis, New Mexico. The seller, Regency Broadcasting, is headed by Jack Auldridge Sr. and has no other broadcast interests.
Bill Whitley of Media Services Group’s Dallas office represented the seller in this transaction.
