Independence Media Holdings, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station WWCT-FM, licensed to Farmington, IL and serving the Peoria, IL Arbitron market, from AAA Entertainment, LLC. *
Robert J. Maccini and Stephan C. Sloan of Media Services Group’s Providence office acted as the exclusive broker and represented AAA Entertainment, LLC in this transaction.
