WVJT, Inc. has completed its acquisition of radio stations WXCF-FM and WXCF-AM, licensed to Clifton Forge, VA from Impact Broadcasting, Inc.
WVJT Inc. is headed by Todd Robinson. Mr. Robinson's other broadcast interests include: WKEY-AM and WIQO-FM, licensed to Covington, VA, WKCJ-FM, licensed to Lewisburg, WV, WSLW-AM, licensed to White Sulphur Springs, WV, 50% of KHRN-FM, licensed to Huron, CA, KZID-FM, licensed to Orofino, ID, WUSP- FM, licensed to Nekoosa, WI, and KTKE-FM, licensed to Truckee, CA.
Impact Broadcasting is headed by Gerry Gimmel who has no other broadcast interests.
Bill Whitley of Media Services Group’s Dallas office and Stephan Sloan of Media Services Group’s Providence office were the exclusive brokers in this transaction.
