The Sale of Radio Station WBET-AM, Boston, MA from KJI Broadcasting, LLC to BusinessTalkRadio.net, Inc. has CLOSED.
The Seller - Joseph V. Gallagher III is the managing member of KJI. The other member of KJI, Aritaur Communications, Inc. is the licensee of Radio Station WMVY-FM, Martha’s Vineyard, MA.
The Buyer, BusinessTalkRadio.net, Inc. is headed by Michael L. Metter. BTRN also owns WGCH-AM, Stamford-Norwalk, CT and operates WLIE-AM, Nassau-Suffolk, NY, through an LMA, with an option to buy. In addition, they own the Business TalkRadio Network ™ and Lifestyle TalkRadio Network ™, which operate 24/7 and provide programming to more than 1,100 stations nationwide.
