Educational Media Foundation has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station WJYF-FM, licensed to Nashville, GA and serving the Valdosta, GA Arbitron market, from Three Trees Communications, Inc. for $1.3 million.* Educational Media Foundation owns or operates some 200 stations around the United States featuring contemporary Christian music on a listener-supported basis.
Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group ’s St. Simons Island, GA office acted as the exclusive broker and represented Three Trees Communications, Inc. in this transaction.
