Armada Media Corporation has agreed to purchase* the assets of radio stations KMSD-AM, licensed to Milbank, SD; KBWS-FM, licensed to Sisseton, SD; KDIO-AM and KPHR-FM licensed to Ortonville, MN from Big Stone Broadcasting, Inc., and Pheasant Country Broadcasting, Inc. The purchase price is $2,900,000. All stations serve the Watertown, SD market.
Jody McCoy of Media Services Group’s Colorado Springs office and Tom McKinley of Media Services Group’s New York Metro office were the exclusive brokers representing the sellers in this transaction.
