AAA Entertainment LLC, Peter Ottmar, Chairman, has entered into a agreement* to sell radio stations, WRPW-FM (Colfax, IL), WDQZ-FM (Lexington, IL), and WYST-FM (Fairbury, IL) serving the Bloomington, IL Arbitron metro to Pilot Media LLC, as subsidiary of Great Plains Media, Inc., Jerry Zimmer, President.
Robert J. Maccini & Stephan Sloan of Media Services Group’s Providence, RI office and Bill & Michael Lytle of Media Services Group’s Kansas City office were the exclusive brokers representing the seller in this transaction.
