Cherry Creek Radio (Joe Schwartz, CEO) has agreed to purchase the stock of Wescoast Broadcasting, (John and Jim Wallace) licensee of radio stations KPQ AM/FM and KWNC-AM, serving Wenatchee, WA.*  The parties have entered into a time brokerage agreement, which commenced on May 1, 2007.

Cherry Creek Radio also owns KWWX-AM, KWWW-FM, KAAP-FM, KZPH-FM and KYSN-FM in the market.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group’s Colorado office was the exclusive broker and represented the buyer in this transaction.
