Georgia Eagle Broadcasting, Inc. has closed on its acquisition of WWNS-AM and WPTB-AM, Statesboro, GA, WSYL-AM and WZBX-FM, Sylvania, GA, WDXQ-AM/FM, Cochran, GA, and WMCD-FM, Claxton, GA, from Communications Capital Company II of Georgia, LLC for $2.3 million.
