Armada Media Corporation has completed its acquisition of the assets of radio stations KMSD-AM, licensed to Milbank, SD; KBWS-FM, licensed to Sisseton, SD; KDIO-AM and KPHR-FM licensed to Ortonville, MN from Big Stone Broadcasting, Inc., and Pheasant Country Broadcasting, Inc. The purchase price is $2,900,000. All stations serve the Watertown, SD market.
