Middle Georgia Broadcasting, Inc. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station WJFL-FM , licensed to Tennille, GA from Fall Line Media, Inc.*

Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group’s St. Simon’s Island office represented the seller in this transaction.
