The Foundation for Public Broadcasting in Georgia, Inc., has agreed to purchase the the assets of radio station WQMT-FM , licensed to Chatsworth, GA, serving Dalton, GA from North Georgia Radio Group, L.P. for $3.2 million.*
Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group’s St. Simons Island, GA office was the exclusive broker and represented the seller in this transaction.
