Legacy Communications, LLC has completed the acquisition of two FM CPs licensed to Minatare and Mitchell, NE from College Creek Broadcasting.
These stations, when built, will serve Scottsbluff, NE where Legacy already operates four stations KMOR-FM, KOLT-AM, KOZY-FM, and KOAQ-AM.
Jody McCoy of our Colorado Springs office was the exclusive broker in this transaction representing the seller.
