Birach Broadcast Corporation (Sima Birach) has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio station KOLE 1340 AM, licensed to Port Arthur, Texas from Citygate Media (Ralph McBride).
Jody McCoy of Media Services Group’s Colorado Springs office represented the seller, and John Pierce of John Pierce and Company represented the buyer in this transaction.
