Business Radio Dallas, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station
KJSA-AM , licensed to Mineral Wells, Texas and serving Dallas/Fort Worth from M & M Broadcasting for $7,500,000.
M & M Broadcasting also owns KCLE-AM, Cleburne-Dallas/Fort Worth and KHFX-AM, Burleson-Dallas/Forth Worth. Business Radio also owns KTEK-AM, Alvin-Houston.
