The Foundation for Public Broadcasting in Georgia, Inc., has completed its acquisition of the assets of radio station WQMT-FM, licensed to Chatsworth, GA, serving Dalton, GA from North Georgia Radio Group, L.P. for $3.2 million.
Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group's St. Simons Island, GA, office was the exclusive broker and represented the seller in this transaction. |
