Inspirational Media of Texas, LLC (Salem Communications) has agreed to the sale of the assets of radio station KPXI FM licensed to Overton, Texas. The purchaser is an individual, Jerry T. Hanszen who also has broadcast interests in KGAS AM/FM in Carthage, Texas and KMHT AM/FM in Marshall, Texas. The seller, Salem Communications is a publicly traded group owner headed by Edward Atsinger. The purchase price is $350,000.*
Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group and Jody McCoy of the Colorado Springs office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive brokers in this transaction.
