High Country Adventures, LLC has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio stations WECR-FM, WATA-AM, WMMY-FM, WECR-AM, WZJS-FM, and WXIT-AM, serving Boone, North Carolina, from George R. Reed, Receiver, Aisling Broadcasting of Banner Elk, LLC. The purchase price was $2,325,000.
