Jody McCoy of Media Services Group has been directed to conduct an auction for radio stations KNUV 1190 AM Phoenix and KNRV 1150 AM Denver. The licensee of the stations, New Radio Venture, Inc., will enter into an asset purchase agreement with a financially qualified bidder(s) submitting the highest bid. Bids will be considered for the stations separately or together. All bids must be accompanied with a letter of credit for $100,000 and a third party representation (bank) of capability to close the proposed transaction at the bid price.
