Jerry T. Hanszen has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio station KPXI-FM, licensed to Overton, TX from Inspirational Media of Texas, LLC (Salem Communications). The purchase price was $350,000.
Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group and Jody McCoy of the Colorado Springs office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive brokers in this transaction.
