Chalk Hill Communications has closed on its purchase of KXAL-FM licensed to Tatum, Texas. The buyer is headed by Chuck Conrad, President and has no other broadcast interests. The seller is William Waller and he has no other broadcast interests. The purchase price was $250,000.
