Educational Media Foundation has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio station KABW 101.3 FM, licensed to Westport, Washington from College Creek Media. The purchase price was $100,000.
Jody McCoy of Media Services Group’s Colorado Springs office represented the seller in this transaction.
