Educational Media Foundation has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio station KXPC 103.7 FM, licensed to Lebanon, Oregon from Portland Broadcasting, LLC. The price is $1,250,000.
Jody McCoy of Media Services Group’s Colorado Springs office represented the seller in this transaction.
