Santa Barbara Tower LLC has closed the sale of The Santa Barbara Tower Complex to SBA Communications (Nasdaq:SBAC).
The Santa Barbara Tower Complex rises over 4,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean on Broadcast Peak in the Los Padres National Forest, Santa Barbara County, California.
The Complex, which was completed in 2001, consists of two towers (one tower being 150 feet tall and the other 120 feet tall) on the mountaintop.
Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
