North Carolina FM Translator Sold to Owner of WCHL-AM Chapel Hill, NC
VILCOM INTERACTIVE MEDIA, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, has agreed to purchase FM Translator Station W253AZ Creedmoor, North Carolina from LIBERTY UNIVERSITY, INC., a Virginia nonprofit corporation.* VILCOM INTERACTIVE MEDIA owns radio station WCHL-AM, Chapel Hill, NC.
The purchase price is $100,000.00. Bob Heymann of our Chicago office served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction.
