Bryan Broadcasting Corporation has completed its acquisition of radio station KKLB FM licensed to Madisonville, Texas from Southwest Radio Broadcasting Ltd. The Buyer is headed by William Hicks who has other broadcast interests in Bryan-College Station, Texas. The Seller is headed by Robert Crawford who has no other broadcast interests.
The purchase price is $750,000.
