M.R.S. Ventures, Inc. of Tyler, TX, has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KCLA-AM, KOTN-AM, KPBQ-FM and KZYP-FM, Pine Bluff, AR, from Delta Radio, Inc. and Seark Radio, Inc. for $1.475 million.*
M.R.S. Ventures currently owns 5 radio stations in East Texas and is headed by Jerry Russell. Delta Radio and Seark Radio are headed by W.J. "Buddy" Dean, Craig Eastham and Dawn Dean.
William L. Whitley served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
